What can I do with my Land Parcel?
Some of our clients build a home and live on the property.  Others buy property for investment purposes.  Over the long run, property values have generally gone up in value.  Others use the land for hunting, fishing and other types of outdoor recreational activities.  Hobby farms have recently become popular.  People enjoy getting away on the weekends from the everyday city life.  They plant a garden and come back often to maintain it.  Not only is it a rewarding and healthy past time, but if you hold the property long enough, it could also be a great investment.

What should I look for when buying land?
As a general rule, we will only buy and sell land that fits three main criteria. 1) The land parcel has Power at the property line or nearby.  2)  The parcel is zoned to build a minimum of one home.  3) The property has road access and is easily accessible (either paved or dirt road).  If a property doesn't meet these criteria, we will not buy or sell it.  For a more detailed answer read this article.

How much are the closing costs?
If your down-payment is 10% or more, we pay your closing costs. If your down payment is smaller than 10%, closing will cost $485. These fees go to toward the escrow agents fee.

Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes, you can pay off your property at anytime. There is no pre-payment penalty.
