Our interests rates vary by the deposit amount.

30% down payment = 7.9% interest
20% down payment = 8.9% interest
10% down payment = 9.9% interest
Less Than 10% = 11.99%

All mortgages last for 10 years.  All mortgages are open.  There are NO pre-payment penalties.
